Building Fair Prize Pools

Keep Value Consistent

The gachapon experience should be fun and fair for everyone. Avoid creating prize pools where some items are significantly more valuable than others.

• Don't include one "grand prize" with the rest being low-quality filler items
• Aim for prizes that feel comparable in value and desirability
• Variety is great, but quality should be consistent across all prizes
• Think: would you be happy receiving any item from this machine?

Set Fair Pricing

Your price per roll should reflect the average value of items in your machine. Buyers should feel like they're getting their money's worth no matter which prize they receive.

Order Fulfillment

Ship Promptly
