CapsuleCove is a digital gachapon marketplace where creators sell their merchandise through randomized "gacha" rolls. You deposit credits, roll for prizes from creator-made machines, and every roll guarantees you win a real physical item that gets shipped to you.

How does the gachapon system work?

Each creator sets up a gachapon machine filled with their merchandise. You pay a set price per roll, and our system randomly selects one item from the available prize pool. Every roll is server-verified to ensure fairness, and you're guaranteed to receive a physical item with every roll.

Can I choose which item I get?

No, that's the fun of gachapon! The item you receive is randomly selected from the prize pool. However, creators design their machines so that all items are of comparable quality and value, ensuring you'll be happy with whatever you receive.

How do I pay for rolls?

You can deposit credits to your CapsuleCove account using a credit or debit card through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Once you have credits in your account, you can use them to roll on any gachapon machine.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by creator and your location. Most creators ship within 2-3 business days of your roll. You'll receive tracking information once your item ships. Check individual machine listings for estimated delivery times.

What if I'm not happy with my prize?

Because gachapon is based on random selection, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the machine's prize pool before rolling to make sure you'd be happy with any of the potential items. If there's an issue with your item (damaged, wrong item, etc.), please contact support.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of gachapon, rolls cannot be refunded based on which item you received. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
